Summary: The rooms are very basic and simple — I was hoping for a slightly better standard, although I appreciate that you get what you pay for. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the bed was extremely hard. The room was also very noisy, and there were a lot of bugs, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable to stay in. I didn’t feel relaxed or settled during the stay and was relieved that we were only there for two nights. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Overall, I’d rate it 2/5.

Summary: Very clean, and beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped us with our bags from the pier. The hotel was in a great location but does suffer from external noise and music at night.

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our stay here while passing through Ko Phi Phi. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were simple but clean, and the AC blew nice and cold - perfect for the island heat. A big shout-out to the front desk as well; they were incredibly helpful in receiving my international driver’s permit that had to be mailed from Canada after I forgot it before the trip. Great service and a very convenient place to stay!

Summary: I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service.

Summary: The resort we were staying at was not available our first night ao we decided to try this hotel for one night. Based on the reviews we read we did not know what to expect. We found the hotel very quite and comfortable. It was clean and the service was very polite. It is about a 10 minute walk from the pier (but it is very flat) and since it is always hot it is important to find the porters at the dock (we did not and worked up a good sweat as a result). Getting from the hotel back to the dock the young men were very helpful and they insisted to take our luggage up and down the stairs for us as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
